There are two way to control another human being. If you reward you may gain loyalty but if you make him fear the consequences of failure you may get the same results, but you make him your enemy. Many employers go for intimidating the employee before any kind of reward. For the most part employees in America are so scared of a job loss that the tend to demean themselves to keep a job.
As the population of a people learn to fear for the loss of their employment, the people become complacent with their current position and a lost of the sense of individuality is lost and replaced with a need to fulfill the requirements of his or her position. In many ways the fear of the loss of position may be a more powerful deterrent for the employee than even the loss of income that would result from the job loss. To lesson any fear that a person may have of a job loss that person may want to leverage again the possible lay off or other economic climate change.
You may want to prepare for life’s challenges by stocking up your pantry and having enough reserve cash on hand to pay your rent if the need arises. Those who don’t prepare for these things tend to fall prey to Human Trafficking in the form of staffing services and other forms of prostitution.
The Urban Problem
www.theurbanproblem.com asks the question:
IS HUMAN TRAFFICKING REALLY THE PROBLEM?
1. THE PUBLIC SEES WHAT THE PRESS WANTS US TO SEE.
We hear about the migrant workers who get trapped in the bondage of their own debt. But unless they where Michael and forced to work, they are living in the same kind of do as over 80% of the American workforce. On the other hand, sex rings that use under aged girls is another kind of animal.
A. We will talk about:
i. the root causes of Human Trafficking.
ii. the many myths about the subject.
iii. The signs to look for if you think some one is being exploited of traffic.
iv. Who is the one who benefits the most from Trafficking?
What can be done to put an end to Human Trafficking? Visit http://www.theurbanproblem.com to find out more.
By educating the public about much more then the myths behind the buzz words “Human Trafficking” or “Modern Slavery,” we can also teach the public how the better identify when the problem is real. It is only then that Law Enforcement should be notified of a possible problem.
We use charity events to drum up awareness. At the first event that will be held at the Vancouver Stake center, with in the next few months we will donate tents and sleeping bags to the Homeless of the area.
This event will only be possible with community support. The Urban Problem has an online store that we just put together put together to help fund the movement. You can find the link at http://www.the-up-store.com
Because of the nature of the fight, in which we choose to be a part of, we feel that the local community should be involved. We do not ask for donations of any kind. If you wish to help. Shop at our store and tells others about what we trying to do.

Here are some thing to think about:
The Education of Our Children Begins With Basic Survival.
I think that we can all agree that the fundamental reason that we send our kids to school and we go to work is ultimately to insure the survival of our species for the next generation. Throughout history man has strived to train our youth according to the culture in which He lives. Farmers teach a child to farm, as do Hunter Gatherers, and in modern society we try to give a child a basic foundation so the child has a choice to contribute to society in the way that they see fit.
But we tend to neglect the most basic skills that are needed to survive in a concrete jungle that is designed to destroy those who do not live with in the confines of our social political structure. Think about this scenario: Your four year old boy gets locked out of the house. It is 110° out side and you would not be home for another 8 hours, because you got called into walk unexpectedly. The babysitting has a key to the house but she has not shown up yet. Would your son know what to do so he doesn’t get sick? This example happened to Felicia from Dallas Texas in 1998.
When the babysitter got to the house the Boy was already passed out in the back yard. Luckily the babysitter know enough the start a lukewarm bath to put the child into to cool him off and call 911. The boy was fine but he was on the brink of death even though he had a working water spout and a shed that could have provided the shade he needed. The 21 year old Burger King employee who just wanted to keep her job, because she was raising her son on her own, never thought to teach him to keep drinking in the heat. It is for reasons like this that Kansa and I feel that it is important to prepare for the things that life gives us, no matter what it may be.
http://www.the-up-store.com offers the equipment that you may need to make it through these hard times but if you don’t know how to use the equipment it is worthless. That is why this blog is important. Here we teach what you may need to know. Any one is welcomed to come and offer suggestions on the blog topic, after all we are all in this together.
http://www.theurbanproblem.com talks about ways to identify a possible victim of Human Trafficking, but we also warn that many of the signs listed match 100% of the working class in America. This fact can only beg the question: “Is the hourly wage just another form of Modern Slavery?” or “is Modern Slavery more about the victim’s attitude about the situation?”
However in no way does the Victim has control over his or her life to the point that the Victim can just make a clean break from his or her captors. It is at this point that the community must step in and intercede on behalf of the victims.
For this reason Antolic Enterprises has taken on the responsibility of funding the projects that are aimed at ending Human Trafficking once and for all.
