For beyond the stupidity of group compliance and the many problems that go along with Urban life, the is a rather simple one that is really addressed. Americans tend to eat far to much and much of that comes with the problem of group complacency. You see Humans tend to be pack animals and as such we tend to not just eat socially but also compete with the others to eat more.
This behavior is not healthy and tends to cause other issues beyond poor health. As the cost of living is forced up by the liberal scum who want nothing more than to destroy America one election at a time, most of us are forced to live with smaller food budgets than we had even a decade ago. As a result my family has refused to compromise and we find ways to stretch our food budget by stocking up on food storage and using the food we store to supplement our meals. We started the Urban Problem website to help teach others what we have learned and to give others the platform to exchange their own ideas about the subject.
However, over the years people have written in and asked me where I get the dehydrated goods and other items that I talk about in earlier blog entries. We up to now I did not have an answer other than “I dry my own food and my church teaches people how to can food as well.” But the amount of people asking the same question showed me that there is a market for Food Storage. Now the Urban Problem has expanded into selling not just Food Storage but also Survival Gear and First-Aid kits. We are calling this our Family Preparedness plan. Just go to the UP Store to see our products.

While the Roast is cooking crush the Potato Chips and take the pan out of the oven to cover the Potato Slices with a thin layer of Potato Chip crumbs. This will serve as a crust.
Cover the Chip crumbs with a layer of mashed potatoes made from the water in the Crock. By this time the Gravy should be ready to poor over the mashed potatoes and the pull pork that should be read to shread.
Add another layer of mashed potatoes and Chip crumbs and poor the rest of the Gravy over it.
